THERON ENERGY is a U.S.A.-based powerhouse spearheading the next generation of American energy technology. We operate as a direct Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). We do not utilize “Master Developers” or middlemen. Every dealership has a direct relationship with Theron Energy LLC to ensure the integrity of our patented inventions and disruptive energy solutions.
THE TWO PILLARS OF PARTNERSHIP
1. Authorized Tier-1 Stocking Dealer
- Investment: $1,500,000 (USA-only)
- Territory Restrictions (USA): Strictly limited to two (2) dealerships per U.S. State/Territory. We prioritize market saturation without internal competition.
- Territory Restrictions (USA-Only): Limited to two (2) dealerships per Territory.
- Exception: For territories with significantly large populations or massive surface areas, we may authorize up to three (3) locations by special request only.
- Inventory Mandate: Must purchase a minimum of 8 generators to start (2 Home, 2 Commercial, 2 Industrial, 2 Mobile, or 1 TRON and/or 1 ATMAG). A monthly minimum of 3 units (USA) is required to maintain active licensing.
2. National Retail Distribution Partner (Big-Box)
- Investment: $500 Registration Fee Per Location.
- Target: National chains (e.g., Home Depot, Walmart).
- The Model: Direct OEM-to-Retailer relationship. Retailers act as the storefront; all technical commissioning and warranty labor are routed to the nearest Tier-1 Stocking Dealer.
STRICT TECHNICAL STIPULATIONS
- Zero-Grid Policy: No dealership, contractor, or customer is permitted to connect a Theron system to the public grid. Accidental interconnection results in immediate termination of dealer status and CREU eligibility.
- IP Protection: Reverse engineering or duplication is strictly prohibited.
- No Outside Sales: Dealers are strictly prohibited from selling outside their geographically approved area of operation.

The 2026 American Only Allotment
Theron Energy is a high-velocity OEM. We do not warehouse “potential”—we manufacture “results.” To maintain our 2026 deployment schedule, all prospective partners must undergo a Phase 1 Financial & Technical Audit.
Exclusivity: Once a State or Territory hit its two-dealer limit, the region is LOCKED for a period of 5 years.
Compliance: All partners must attend the Florida-based SAI Integration & Magnetic Core Certification prior to receiving their initial 8-unit stocking order.
