THE THERON 50-YEAR SOVEREIGN GUARANTEE We do not engineer for planned obsolescence. We build sovereign infrastructure designed to outlive the grids that surround it.

    • The 25-Year Baseline: Every Theron GENSET (TRON, ATMAG, DESAL, and EV) is backed by an unconditional 25-year OEM performance guarantee on all aerospace-grade aluminum/titanium structural manifolds and NdFeB permanent magnetic core assemblies.

    • The Zero-Corrosion Mandate: Forged for extreme fluid dynamics and heavy industrial environments, our proprietary metallurgy is mathematically engineered to eliminate the degradation cycles standard in legacy municipal equipment.

    • The Generational Extension: At the conclusion of the initial 25-year operational lifecycle, clients may execute an unconditional 25-year OEM warranty extension for a flat 3% of the original unit purchase price.

STRICT WARRANTY ENFORCEMENT & ANTI-TAMPER PROTOCOL

The operational integrity of the NdFeB magnetic resonance core and the aerospace-grade fluid manifolds is absolute. These systems are mathematically calibrated and are not designed to be serviced, opened, or altered by legacy municipal technicians or unauthorized third-party contractors.

    • The Sovereign Perimeter: Any attempt to breach the housing, reverse-engineer the magnetic assemblies, or alter the high-pressure titanium/aluminum fluid dynamics matrices by non-Theron certified personnel will immediately and permanently void the 50-Year Guarantee.

    • Authorized Operation Only: Maintenance and systemic recalibration are restricted exclusively to authorized Theron S-Corp engineering protocols.

    • Zero Legacy Interference: You are operating a sovereign energy and water matrix. Do not apply legacy grid mechanics to advanced magnetic physics.
