ASSET PROTECTION STANDARDS
Asset Protection is a order that must be placed at the time of your product order. All Asset Protection Standards are implemented at a Standard Rate of 10% of Product Cost.
1. Construction Site Mobility & Structural Specifications
- Lightweight Single-Axle Chassis: Gross Trailer Weight (GTW) is engineered at ≤ 1.5 tons (approx. 3,000 lbs), allowing deployment with standard heavy-duty utility pickups. High-capacity single torsion axle with electric safety brakes eliminates the severe tire scrubbing and mechanical drag common to 10,000-lb diesel trailers.
- All-Terrain Jobsite Hardening: Equipped with commercial 10-ply steel-belted puncture-resistant tires, front tongue jack, dual rear stabilizing jacks, and lockable front tool storage.
- Zero Maintenance Drivetrain: No engine oil, coolant, belts, spark systems, or exhaust filters. The $10,950 annual maintenance allocation covers purely external physical trailer hardware (tires, axle hub lubrication, and coupler linkages).
2. Mission-Critical Control, AI Telemetry & Site Security
- 24/7/365 Autonomous AI Monitoring: Embedded real-time telemetry processor provides sub-second GPS asset tracking, automated phase-load distribution graphs, ambient/core temperature monitoring, and predictive health diagnostics directly to general contractor and hyperscale operations dashboards.
- Dual-Channel Operational Switching: Features a hardwired, padlockable manual ON/OFF isolation switch with full Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) OSHA compliance on the main analog panel, paired with biometric-authenticated mobile application remote controls.
- Zero-Trust Cryptographic Anti-Theft Protocol: In the event of unauthorized perimeter transit or tampering, administrators can trigger an instant remote hardware lockdown via the mobile application. The command isolates power contactors, locks the magnetic rotor assembly, and initiates a cryptographic wipe of the onboard control firmware—rendering the unit fully inoperable and safe from reverse-engineering.
- 5-Tier Faraday & Ballistic Enclosure: Critical control boards are sealed within an internal metallic enclosure inside a secondary vibration-isolated Faraday cage, surrounded by a 3-layer high-attenuation HEMP/EMP protective screen, acoustic/thermal dampening foam, and a heavy-gauge structural steel exterior shell.
