The Mandate In strict alignment with the Theron International Foundation, all governance seats at Theron Energy operate under an absolute “America First, America Only” directive.
Eligibility: Candidates must be U.S. citizens with an unyielding commitment to prioritizing domestic labor, U.S. supply chains, and national security.
Fiduciary Duty: Board members are required to fiercely protect the intellectual property, patents, and operational synergy of the Foundation’s Water, Energy, and Food (WEF) triad.
Compensation: These are active, paid governance positions reserved for leaders with deep expertise in heavy infrastructure, industrial scaling, and strategic oversight.
All prospective board members must execute a comprehensive, highly restrictive Board Member Agreement and Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (MNDA) before advancing to vetting or accessing proprietary engineering documentation.
