Theron Energy Return and Refund Policy.

Return and Refund Policy

Manufacturer Fulfillment & Fabrication Policy

1. Business-to-Business (B2B) Model

Theron Energy is a primary manufacturer and research firm. We do not sell energy generators, atmospheric water generators, or filtration systems directly to the general public. All manufacturing is fulfilled exclusively for authorized dealerships, such as THERON ENERGY DEALERSHIPS.

2. Irreversible Fabrication Process

Our manufacturing process involves the integration of specialized, high-cost rare-earth materials and custom engineering.

  • The “Custom Asset” Standard: Much like a custom-built vehicle or a specifically prepared meal, once fabrication begins, the raw materials are “consumed” into a permanent, one-off configuration.

  • Non-Fungible Goods: Because units are built to unique client specifications (Phase, Amperage, Voltage, and Hertz), they cannot be returned to inventory, repurposed, or “restocked.”

3. No Direct Consumer Refunds

Theron Energy does not hold or process consumer deposits or retail payments. Therefore, we cannot issue direct refunds to end-users. All financial inquiries, cancellations within the statutory 3-day window, or purchase disputes must be handled through the authorized dealer of record.

4. Material Procurement & Rare-Earth Sourcing

  • Custom Build Policy: Every THERON ENERGY  DEALERSHIP is a unique, one-off assembly. Because units are fabricated to specific electrical requirements (Phase, Amps, Voltage, and Hertz) and involve the irreversible consumption of rare-earth materials, all sales are final.
  • The 3-Day Rule Pursuant to Florida Statutes, you have a 3-business-day window from the date of order to cancel for a full refund. Once this window closes, hard orders for materials are placed with the manufacturer, and the purchaser assumes full legal and financial liability for the order.
  • Scarcity: Due to the scarcity and volatility of the rare-earth elements required for our permanent magnetic generators, we initiate “Hard Orders” for materials immediately following the 3-day grace period provided by the dealer. Once these materials are procured and fabrication has commenced, the manufacturing costs are non-recoverable.
  • Shipping & Freight Responsibility: Since these are heavy industrial units (Gensets and Atmospheric Generators), in B2B manufacturing, the “buyer” (the dealer or the customer via the dealer) is responsible for all freight and rigging costs.
  • Force Majeure: Given the “hard to come by” nature of our materials, there may be delays in manufacturing due to supply chain issues (outside the 3-day cancellation window): the rare-earth component may be delayed.

5. Cancellations

Pursuant to Florida Statutes, orders may be cancelled within 3 business days of placement. Following this period, Theron Energy initiates the procurement of specialized rare-earth materials and custom fabrication specific to the order’s electrical configuration (Phase/Voltage/Hertz). As these units are non-fungible (cannot be repurposed or restocked), all costs incurred after the 3-day window are the sole legal responsibility of the purchaser.

Theron Energy fulfills orders for authorized dealerships. DEALERS: Any consumer-level disputes or return requests must be handled through the original point of sale (the dealer). Or email us at dealers@theronenergy.com to open a case please.
