By accessing the Theron Energy website or utilizing our proprietary THERON GENSETS® or ATMAG GENSETS® and decentralized energy solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Rights
All content, including but not limited to designs, technical schematics for ATMAG Gensets, and “Disruptive Technology” documentation, is the exclusive property of Theron Energy LLC.
- Prohibition: Users may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or mechanical logic of any Theron Energy hardware or software.

3. Dealer & Investor Relations
Access to the Board – Confidential and Investor portals is strictly restricted to authorized personnel.
- Any unauthorized disclosure of “Board Confidential” information is a breach of contract and subject to legal action under US and International Trade Secret laws.
- Dealer applications are subject to a rigorous vetting process. Submission of an application does not guarantee dealership rights.
4. Limitation of Liability
Theron Energy provides decentralized energy innovation “as is.” While we strive for 100% uptime in our data center solutions, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our power systems.
