THERON ENERGY CORPORATION: PROJECT-LEVEL FINANCING & DEPLOYMENT MANDATE

I. CORE INFRASTRUCTURE SKUs (The Sovereign Nodes)

To execute the immediate deployment of the 15 TERRA Plants, project financing will be allocated across two distinct, proprietary product architectures:

• ATMAG GENSETS® (The Energy Vanguard): Pure, permanent-baseline electrical generation. Engineered for grid-replacement, high-density industrial scaling, and heavy vehicle/marine propulsion. Operating via the proprietary 33-Node Harmonic magnetic bearing architecture, these units deliver zero-emission, continuous power independent of legacy fuel supply chains.

• TRON GENSETS® (The FEW Nexus): The ultimate infrastructure replacement system, delivering both Electricity AND Water. This architecture integrates resonant-field atmospheric water synthesis alongside power generation. This is the designated hardware for sovereign humanitarian deployments, eliminating both energy and water dependency at the point of consumption.

II. INDUSTRIAL DEPLOYMENT TIERS & VALUATION

Project-level financing will be structured around the following standardized Theron Energy production tiers:

• Mega-Scale / Data Center Tier:

  • 100 MWH ATMAG GENSET®: $220,000,000.00

  • 100 MWH TRON GENSET® (Power + Water): $200,000,000.00

  • Scaling down through 60 MWH ($132M), 20 MWH ($44M), and 5 MWH ($10M – $11M).

• Industrial / Large Commercial Tier:

  • Ranging from 2.5 MW to 500 kW Permanent Three Phase Generators (e.g., 500 kW at $650,000.00).

• Tactical / Mobile Tier:

  • 250,000 Watt Full-time Silent Mobile Generators (Military, Police, Fire Dept): $319,950.00

• Residential & Micro-Commercial Tier:

  • Permanent Single Phase Generators ranging from 45 kW down to 15 kW.

III. RAPID MOBILIZATION & DIRECT-TO-RAIL LOGISTICS

The operational bottleneck of traditional highway transport has been eliminated. The Theron Energy National HQ (15500 Venture Way) is fully integrated with functional, direct rail infrastructure.

• Direct Flatbed Loading: Both ATMAG and TRON GENSETS® will be loaded fully assembled directly onto heavy-rail flatbeds from the manufacturing floor.

• Simultaneous Nationwide Scaling: This rail integration allows for the immediate, simultaneous deployment of multiple multi-ton units required to stand up the 15 TERRA Plants without highway dimension restrictions or convoy delays.

IV. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & “BLACK BOX” PROTOCOL

All project-level financing applies strictly to the operational output and physical deployment of the hardware.

• Asset Sovereignty: The Theron Energy S-Corp retains 100% exclusive ownership of all patents, engineering blueprints, and the 7.83 Hz tuning parameters.

• Sealed Deployment: All ATMAG and TRON units are delivered directly to the project sites via rail as factory-sealed, proprietary “black box” units. Project financiers and site operators are granted an operational license for the hardware’s output; no authorization is granted for internal modification or reverse engineering.
