PURPOSE: The parties wish to explore a potential business relationship regarding Theron’s Permanent Magnetic Energy and SAI infrastructure (the “Transaction”).
CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION: Includes all technical data, trade secrets, magnetic flux configurations, and TERRA plant scaling strategies shared during the site visit at 15500 Venture Way, JUPITER, FL.
NON-USE: Recipient agrees to use Confidential Information solely for evaluating the Transaction and will not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
TERM: This agreement shall remain in effect for a period of two (2) years from the date of signature.
