Dealer FAQ

Theron Energy FAQs

"How does Theron bypass the Utility Monopoly?"

The Answer: We utilize the Industrial Self-Generation Bypass. By maintaining a 100% “Islanded” status (no grid back-feed), our units operate as private assets under the DATA Act of 2026, exempting your clients from traditional PUC oversight.

"What is the Dealer's role in the 'Electron Cloud'?"

The Answer: Dealers are the local stewards of the cloud. You manage the white-glove installation and lifecycle service, while the Theron OEM provides the permanent magnetic hardware that makes it possible.

"Why is the international investment $3,000,000?"

The Answer: Global deployment requires intense regulatory navigation and IP protection. This capital ensures your territory is secured and fully supported by the Theron International Foundation’s legal and technical shield.

How does Theron achieve "Maintenance-Free" operation for decades?

Unlike standby generators that rely on internal combustion and friction-heavy parts, Theron hardware utilizes NdFeB Permanent Magnets and high-RPM turbines with virtually zero contact points. By eliminating the friction of pistons and belts, we remove the primary cause of mechanical failure. Our systems are designed to stay in an “Always-On” state, mirroring the Sovereign Energy vision of energy as an atmospheric constant.

Why is "Break-Before-Make" switching mandatory for all Dealers?

To maintain the legal status of a Consumer Regulated Electric Utility (CREU), the system must be physically isolated from the public grid. Our Mandatory Technical Standards require an air-gap or a physical transfer switch that makes grid back-feed impossible. This protects our Dealers from falling under the jurisdiction of state PUCs or the Federal Power Act.

Can Theron Energy handle the logistics of a National Retail rollout?

Yes. Our Global Management Framework is built for massive order volumes. We coordinate directly with the Theron Energy OEM to manage the flow of parts and finished units from our TERRA facilities, ensuring that whether you are a local installer or a big-box giant like Walmart or Home Depot, your inventory is secured.

Are Theron Generators safe from EMP and Grid Failures?

Absolutely. Because our units are “Islanded” and do not rely on the external grid for frequency synchronization, they are inherently immune to cascading grid failures. Furthermore, the solid-state nature of our magnetic propulsion makes Theron hardware significantly more resilient against EMP events compared to traditional micro-processor heavy backup systems.

Can I manage multiple countries?

“No. Theron Energy operates a direct OEM-to-Dealer model. We do not utilize Master Developers. Each dealership is restricted to its geographically approved area (2 per U.S. State / 2 per Country).”

What is the investment for Big-Box retail?

“National Retail Partners pay a $500 registration fee per location. Technical service for these locations is fulfilled by our Authorized Tier-1 Stocking Dealers.”

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (DEALER PROTOCOL)

Official OEM responses regarding the Theron Energy Dealership Network.

1. Is this a Franchise or a Direct Dealership?

Theron Energy operates as a Direct OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer). While we provide a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) for regulatory transparency, you are a licensed Dealer. You buy directly from the manufacturer—there are no middlemen, no distributors, and no master developers.

2. How are Territories Protected?

We maintain strict scarcity to ensure high-margin protection for our partners.

  • USA: Limited to exactly two (2) Authorized Dealers per State.
  • International: Limited to exactly two (2) Authorized Dealers per Country. (Exceptions made only for massive populations by OEM review).

3. Can I act as a "Middleman" or Sub-License Theron Tech?

Strictly No. To protect our Intellectual Property (IP), every dealership must be an end-tier service provider. You cannot sub-license or sell "territory rights" to third parties. All contracts are direct with Theron Energy LLC.

4. What is the Big-Box Retail Model?

National retailers like Home Depot or Walmart act as storefront lead-generators. They pay a $500 per-location registration fee to the OEM. However, the high-revenue technical installation and warranty labor are routed directly to the nearest Tier-1 Authorized Dealer in that state.

5. What is the "Islanded" or Zero-Grid Requirement?

Under the 2026 DATA Act, Theron systems must remain physically isolated from the public utility grid. Dealers are required to certify every installation as "Islanded" via our proprietary hardware lockouts. Connecting a Theron unit to the grid voids all warranties and dealer licenses.

6. How do I initiate the Corporate Vetting process?

All prospective partners must first submit the Official Dealer Application and provide proof of liquidity and technical capacity. Once vetted, you will receive the 23-item FDD for legal review.
