Building 1: 15500 Venture Way Recently designated as the official International Head Office, this 555,000 SF Class A facility serves as the command center for Theron Energy’s global expansion. It houses our executive leadership, the SAI integration labs, and the strategic oversight for the Theron International Foundation.
Manufacturing Hub 1: Wellington, Florida (TERRA FLORIDA)
Building 2: Twenty Mile Bend Spanning 1,088,000 SF, this facility is currently under construction on prepped farmland in Palm Beach County. It is the first of our “Giga-scale” plants, dedicated to the mass assembly of Permanent Magnetic Energy units and Theron H2O purification systems.
Manufacturing Hub 2: Ohio (TERRA OHIO)
Building 3: Theron Transform Our 1,277,000 SF Ohio facility is completed and ready for occupancy. As our second primary manufacturing hub, it is positioned to service the massive data center corridor of the Midwest, providing the “Self-Generation” hardware required by the 2026 Ratepayer Protection Pledge.
