OFFICIAL OEM LIMITED WARRANTY
Theron Energy LLC (The Manufacturer) provides a comprehensive 5-year limited warranty on all Tier-1 and National Retail units, provided they are installed by an Authorized Theron Dealer and maintained under the “Islanded” CREU protocol.
The Theron Guarantee: Our high-RPM turbines and magnetic hardware are engineered for a service life of 90,000 Hours (approx. 10 years) under continuous operation—outperforming traditional standby generators by over 3,000%.

Certified Installation: Warranty is only valid if commissioned by a Tier-1 Authorized Dealer.

Zero-Grid Compliance: Any detection of grid back-feed via Theron firmware lockouts voids all manufacturer liability immediately.

Maintenance Liability: The local Dealer assumes all labor and travel costs for on-site service. Theron Energy (OEM) provides the replacement hardware for manufacturer defects.

- Maintenance Liability: The local Authorized Dealer assumes all responsibility for installation labor, travel, and on-site troubleshooting. Theron Energy (OEM) provides replacement hardware only for documented manufacturer defects.

To ensure long-term operational security, Theron Energy offers pre-paid 5-year protection plans for all units sold through the Dealer Network:
