Theron Energy, as an OEM manufacturer, provides a redeemable offer when a consumer schedules a free on-site assessment with the Theron Energy Dealer Sales Team (directly with your local dealer). To qualify, the consumer must purchase a new, eligible Theron Energy generator from a participating authorized dealer. This warranty purchase/certification must occur within 90 days of the initial purchase from the dealer by contacting Theron Energy to schedule the free on-site assessment. Please note that re-sold products are not included in this offer (if you bought the generators from anyone else other than a certified THERON ENERGY Dealer).

Requirements:

• Must be a dealer-sold generator and a dealer-administered discount program.
• For the warranty to be valid, the generator must be installed, operational, and monitored.
• The generator must be new, permanently installed by an authorized dealer, and registered/activated.
• Consumers may need to submit proof of purchase and other documentation to claim this offer.
• Prices/Discounts may vary among dealer locations.
• Theron Energy reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
• This offer is valid only for qualifying purchases made in the United States by THERON ENERGY and/or THERON ENERGY international manufacturing locations and Dealer locations.
• The installation should be protected from severe weather, including heat, direct sunlight, and cold, such as extreme snow or hail.
  Indoor installations are required for locations like the Arctic or Antarctica, or outer space, against any and all flying objects.

Annual average pricing varies by category, pricing, and location:

• • Residential generators: $5,000 per 5-year term
  • Commercial generators: $10,000 per 5-year term
  • Mobile generators: $15,000 per 5-year term
  • Industrial generators: $25,000 per 5-year term
  • EV charging stations: $50,000 per 5-year term
  • THERON GENSETS®: $50,000 per 5-year term
  • ATMAG GENSETS®: $100,000 per 5-year term

Customers must pay for the warranty a year in advance or for the term. The manufacturer Theron Energy has the final say over pricing, due to the value of the customer, location, and/or quantity and price.

Special Note: An Extended warranty of 5 additional years are available upon request and payment(s).
